From Your Design to Your Doorstep
We've streamlined our procurement process to make it as easy as possible for international buyers. Whether you're a first-time buyer or an established partner, here's exactly what to expect when working with Yujiaxin Tech.
Submit Your Inquiry
Send us your requirements through our contact form or email info@szyujiaxin.com. Include your CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks, or PDF), quantities, material preferences, required tolerances, and any special requirements. The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.
Engineering Review & Quotation
Our engineering team reviews your design and provides free DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis within 24-48 hours. We'll suggest optimizations to reduce costs, improve quality, and recommend the most suitable manufacturing process. You receive a detailed quotation including tooling costs (if applicable), per-piece pricing, lead time, and payment terms.
Order Confirmation & Preparation
Once you approve the quotation, we issue a formal Sales Order Confirmation with all terms clearly stated. For MIM, PM, and casting projects, tooling begins immediately. For CNC machining, we procure materials and prepare CNC programs. You receive regular progress updates throughout this phase.
Production & Quality Control
Manufacturing begins under strict ISO 9001:2015 quality control procedures. We conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) before mass production. Throughout production, we perform in-process inspections, dimensional measurements using CMM and optical comparators, and material testing as required. You receive inspection reports and photos at key milestones.
Packaging & Global Delivery
Finished parts are professionally cleaned, deburred, inspected, and packaged to prevent damage during transit. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for express deliveries (3-7 days), air freight for medium-large orders (5-10 days), or sea freight for bulk orders (20-40 days). All export documentation, certificates of compliance, and customs clearance are handled by us.
