3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through this website are estimates only and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual specifications, quantities, and materials confirmed during the engineering review process.
4. Intellectual Property
Customer-provided designs, drawings, and specifications are treated as confidential information. Customers retain all intellectual property rights to their designs. We do not claim ownership of customer-provided intellectual property.
All quotes, proposals, and engineering analyses prepared by Yujiaxin Tech are the intellectual property of Yujiaxin Tech and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We offer standard NDA protection for all customer projects. For sensitive or proprietary projects, please request an NDA during the quote request process.
6. Quality Standards
We are committed to delivering products that meet agreed-upon specifications and quality standards. We maintain quality management systems in accordance with international standards.
7. Lead Times and Delivery
Stated lead times are estimates based on standard production schedules. Actual lead times may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and material availability. We will notify you of any significant changes to agreed delivery schedules.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual purchase agreements. Standard terms for new customers typically require advance payment or letter of credit. Established customers may qualify for open account terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the products or services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with jurisdiction in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
